Should your Quadpro Web Portal Plans not to show when they are selected to be viewed. This could be down to the file format code being missing or incorrect.
From the Quadpro Homescreen , head to Admin>Preferences and open the Web Server Prefs tab.
Check that the Building Plans Extension has an entry in its field. If it is blank simply enter the format used for the plans in your building folder. This is either .gif .jpg or .png. Press Apply and OK. Then select save from the preferences window.
Now head to your web portal to test that the plans are showing.
