This note covers the addition of users and their permissions to the Quadpro system, ensuring that your designated operatives appear in the 'referred to' lists when Job Requests are created.


There is an additional step required to add users as options on the Works Order screen.  


To add your users to the “Created By” list you need to add “Works Order Creation” at step 10.


For the “contact” list, the permitted service is “Works Order Contact”.


Steps to add contacts to Works Order dropdown lists:

  1. Open the Quadpro system Home page
  2. Go to Admin > Glossary
  3. Change the bottom left dropdown to Contacts & Users
  4. Click on Service provider Type -> School (This may be called LVS or similar on your system)
  5. Double click on Service Provider Name -> Maintenance (This may also have another name on your system)



        6. Click “Add”

        7.Insert the First name & Second name of your new user.

        8.Change to Approvals tab

        9.Click Add under Permitted services

        10. Double click on Works Order Creation / Works Order Contact from popup

        



11. Go to Works Order and the name will be in the popup.
