Adding permissions to Quadpro users.


Should you want to change the permitted services of a user, you may do so via the following steps. This applies to those who are designated contacts for Works Orders, Job Requests and so on.


In the contacts and users list, you will need to open the designated users detail window (as shown below).


Click the highlighted approvals tab on the bottom of the window.




In this section you can add or remove permitted services for each user, as needed. 


Other approvals can be added or removed as needed via preferences.


The list you will need is Permitted Services.

Select ADD to open a pre defined list.



Double click on the required options and repeat as necessary for as many as you need.

Select SAVE to confirm the changes and they will now appear in the system for when you navigate the relevant lists.
