This feature of Quadpro allows you to keep track of your entire property of materials such as roofs , floors and door finishes.
If a Work Item has come to the end of its life cycle – or is nearing the end you can update this to reflect that information in Quadpro.
Double click to the immediate left of the ‘Building Code’ and a small tick will appear. You may do this for as many or as few as you wish.
Once you have made your selection of items click ‘Amend’ below the list to bring up a new dialog menu box.
Using this menu you can choose a number of options depending on the state of the item or any other changes made within the site that will apply to it.
Click the green ‘Amend’ button to confirm the updated item information.
You will then be prompted to proceed with the following dialog box.
If you wish to go back and check the information , select ‘No’ otherwise press ‘Yes´ to proceed.
