Please note we are currently working to enhance this feature to make it more beneficial to users of the system.
You can add key lock information within the 'Key' feature under the security category.
To access this screen please go to Security > Keys and then press 'Add' at the bottom of the the Quadpro window.
A new dialogue box will appear prompting you to enter some information.
1. Reference is automatically assigned in this field
2. You can choose a door type from this list - please see 'Security' under the Admin > Glossary section to add further door types.
3. Select what type of lock this is.
4. Tick this box if the key is a master key.
5. You can select a key holder from the drop down menu.
6. Enter an internal reference here - for example 'BSH M' short for a building name and M for main key.
Select 'OK' to add the key information to your system.
