Editing Service Providers:


From time to time, the information of service providers need to be updated. For example a change in address, contact or employee.


To do this please go to the Glossary, accessed from the Home Screen by selecting Admin > Glossary.


Select ‘Contacts and Users’ from the drop down menu.



Click on the row Service Provider Type then choose a provider.




Simply change the information in each field as required. To add a new contact please select ‘Add’ to delete a contact , select the row as needed then press ‘Delete’.


Approvals:


In this section you can change the approvals of a Service Provider.




You can make sure each provider has the permission to work on your site by storing the relevant approval and insurance forms.


Adding an approval renewal date allows you to keep the service providers insurance compliances in check.


If a service provider offers many types of services, then you can select the ‘Permitted Services’ they can be used for to ensure those using Quadpro know what they can use them for.


Spending approvals:


You can set spending limits to a provider to ensure that you can manage the budgets concisely.


Simply enter the budget limits into the designated fields.


Documents:


In this section you can store documents related to this service provider for quick access.
