Job Request Types:
When a user goes to create a job request they will have a three tier hierarchy which they will need to complete in order to submit their job request.
Your Quadpro system will already be installed with a pre defined list to use for Job Types, Sub Types and Problems.
Job Types:
For instance you will have a list of Job Types like the following.

These are the main job types that a user will have to choose from to then move to the Sub Type option.

All Sub Types are linked to a Job Type, these consist of the following:
