All Job Requests are exportable into a readable, filterable MS Excel file.


 

Head to your Job Request module and then choose which ever query you need to produce a specific list – whether that is by building, operative or completed/outstanding status. If you need to export ALL Job Requests, we advise selecting ALL from the year dropdown as well as the Outstanding/Completed option.



You can also use the Query filter to narrow down your search even more.


Exporting to Excel


Once you have your chosen criteria for export. Hold down CTRL & click the Print Button at the same time.



Press OK when the pop-up alert displays then save your file accordingly.



Using the Data in Excel


Locate the saved file and then open it with Microsoft Excel. It will display a warning message – just press Yes to proceed.



Now you can turn the data into a filterable Excel table. Just click in CELL A1 and press CTRL & T then press OK.



By utilising the various dropdowns and excel tools, you can filter and search by any of the columns exported. Allowing you to refine your data searches even more.
