The stock change area provides Storekeepers and managers with a place to manage the stock levels of all items.

Here you can add, audit or take stock out of each item in your inventory.

To choose the item you want to amend, start typing the item name in the Select Item field and items relating to what you have typed will appear. Choose the item you need from that list.

The In Stock field displays the current stock level for this item. You can then enter the Quantity and related Job Request number (if required).

The barcode number associated with this record is displayed also.

 

 


What does the Audit Option do?


Selecting Audit gives you the option to adjust the stock levels if they have been entered incorrectly. Just press the Audit button then enter the new amount and press save to confirm any changes.
