The bottom half of the home screen dashboard displays your largest Stock changes, Job Requests along with the most recent Stock changes made on your system. This feature provides an audit log type data display for managers and storekeepers – allowing them to keep up to date of what is occurring.
Largest Stock Changes:
Green markers denote any Stock Additions and Red highlights all Stock Removals. Yellow is used if the stock change was an audit.
Each large stock change is detailed here in this list. Its name and associated JR number as well as the amount are displayed. Clicking on a record will take you to the Inventory item record.
Job Requests:
Linking directly back to your Quadpro system, all Stock Requests can be associated to a Job Request. If a request involves using your stocked lightbulbs, the created Stock Request ties in with it so you know where items are going.
Recent Stock Changes:
This field will display all recent stock changes made in your organisation, regardless of amount or type of stock change.
