Managers can view live up to date figures on the following:
Items that are running low
Each Inventory item has their own set stock level where they will be deemed as running low. For example, if your stock of pencils requires refilling when it hits 10 items, that will then be classed as ‘Running Low’ and will appear on the list when Running Low is clicked.
You can then click on a record and take action to replenish the stock level.
Total Stock Value
Any items that have a cost against them will be totalled up within this statistic. As stock is removed and replenished, the figure will adjust. Clicking on the stat item will give you the option to export a data report on your Total Stock Value.
Inventory Items
Your total number of active Inventory items are listed here. Any changes made, such as additions or deletion of those records will adjust accordingly. Clicking the stat item will take you to your inventory list.
Stock Changes Made Today
This stat header displays all stock changes made on the current day. Clicking on the header will take you to the list of recent stock changes.
