The Quadpro system’s Job Request module has grown rapidly since the release of Quadpro V5. With the addition of an enhanced Web Portal, key email notifications and a mobile app, we have created an additional feature in Multi-Operative.
Organisations work in many different ways and sometimes you need an entire team to work on a specific Job Request due to its scale or urgency. Multi-Operative provides the option to assign any Job Request to up to four operatives at the same time, with a lead operative.
This feature works in the same way as the current system, however we will outline the new additions and changes in this short user guide. If you do not need to assign more than one operative to a Job Request, you can continue as previous.
Once you have purchased this module, Quadpro Support will activate it on your system and you can begin using it straight away.
There are two main settings for Multi – Operative.
1 – Activate or Deactivate multi operative.
2 – Deactivate emails to lead operative (This stops the lead operative from receiving emails such as additional operatives or when they have completed their section of works)
