Check Failures can happen for a variety of reasons, and managing them via Forms is simple. If part of your Check requires you to replace a damaged component, you can create a remedial Job Request. This directly links to your Check and/or Asset and allows you to call in a contractor or operative to repair it and ensure it is safe.
An Option to create a remedial Job Request is given and you can press Yes to automatically set one up. This will go straight into your Job Request list with the latest reference number – ready for you to assign. These Job Requests can be identified by the marker on the top of each record.
Completing the remedial Job Request will mark the original Check as Compliant if this remedies the original point of failure.
