Now your Checks have been created and are being completed by those that they are assigned to, you will need to Manage them. Via the main Checks module, you will see a list of all created Checks.


Reassigning Checks:

If you wish to reassign a/or number of checks to a different user, you can do so by holding CTRL & Clicking on each record you want to use. Once select the desired records, just press SELECT and then choose the Reassign option from the top of the list. You will then be asked to choose a new department and user to assign this to. Once satisfied with the choice, just press save and a confirmation will appear.





In the list of Checks under the Compliance Menu item, all the information for each Check is displayed within each row. The ID, Department, Due Date, Status, (Remedial Call Ref), Assigned User, Form Type, Status, Date Done, Compliance Status and Location information is shown. Utilising the column titles you can sort by A-Z or earliest and latest due date. The filter options at the bottom of the module offer you a more detailed breakdown of your checks by each option.
