Hotspots are a useful tool in accessing your buildings from the site plan graphics. To access the menu to configure this option, go to the Site Plans menu option on the home screen.
You will then be displayed with a list of all uploaded site plans. Click once on the record row then click on the image to enlarge.
When in the larger window, you will be given two options - Find and Edit Hotspot.
By pressing Find (turns to Set when clicked) you will be able to then click on a building/area of the map.
The dropdown menu below will display and you will just need to choose the building you would like to assign this to.
Press select to confirm the addition of the new hotspot. If a hotspot already exists for this building, you can choose to add, or replace entirely.
Once added, just press set to confirm your changes and you will then be able to click in the area where you assigned the hotspot. This will display the pop up for the Building record and offers a variety of information to access.
Edit Hotspots:
Upon opening edit hotspots, you will have a list of all hotspots created where you can manage and delete those not needed.
