The Asset Module provides the ability to carefully manage your site's asset register. From an asset as small as a toaster to large complex air conditioning systems, Quadpro makes this an easier task for your teams to undertake.
Each record holds information such as the asset serial number, asset type, the specific location in your site as well as imagery and documentation relative to each asset.
Every asset is different and can be managed individually using the Asset Maintenance module integrated with the Assets Module.
Asset Maintenance:
Asset maintenance is quick and easy to set up and manage. You can create a complete life cycle of maintenance works from one form. For example. if you need to service an asset once a year for 10 years, simply set up an Asset Maintenance record detailing what needs to be undertaken and set the frequency of the record to occur. This will then populate in that Asset's maintenance log and will notify you when the time is due to begin the servicing.
Asset Compliance:
Assets can be designated as compliance-related. This means that they are high priority assets and failure to keep them in compliance can affect your site's safety record.
Cloning an Asset:
Quadpro's handy asset cloning feature gives you the ability to create one asset record and then simply clone it across multiple locations where there is an asset of the same model or type.
