In an Asset Record, Click the ‘Add’ button under the Asset Maintenance Tab. A new asset maintenance record is displayed. The Date defaults to the current date amend this if required. The drop-down menus are populated from the Glossary – Job Requests.
Asset - current asset applied to this record
Date is set to current, this can be amended.
Auto JR Lead time Allows you to determine how far in advance you would like to be notified of this Job Request.
ID The maintenance ID is generated automatically and cannot be changed.
Compliance Related: If ticked, our marker system will apply to this asset to show you if it is overdue, or compliant.
Comment: Give a brief description of this Asset Maintenance Record.
Category: Assign a category to this record. The list can be customised via the Glossary
Frequency: choose how often you want this record to generate.
Cost: If there is a Cost associated with this record, enter it here. Once the Job Request is live, you can then create a linked Works Order.
By: Enter the person/ company undertaking this
Next Date: This will display the following date the record is due.
Job Types: Select a Job Type, Sub Type and Problem. These will all be populated when the Asset Maintenance Record becomes live.
Amber Days: Choose how many days you want this to then designate the record as amber in the system. It will assist you to identify records that are upcoming for completion.
