Navigating around Quadpro
You can navigate around Quadpro by two different methods from the splash screen.
1. Use the System Menus These are located at the top of the splash screen. You generally need to return to the splash screen to select a new menu once you have finished a particular task;
2. Use the main menu on the left hand side of the screen.
The home screen displays a list of active Job Requests which can be toggled to display that module or Works Orders.
Compliance Status
This area of the home page will display all of your buildings with statuses of asset maintenance and compliance docs. Double Click on Asset Maintenance to view that module and double click on a document marker to view that building's compliance record.
If you have the Quadpro Forms module, you will notice an additional column labelled Check. This will display any overdue, upcoming or compliant checks.
Quick View
Clicking this button will take you to the web portal’s Team View screen. (See the web portal section for full details on how to use)
Web Portal
This shortcut leads to your dedicated Quadpro Web Portal
(full details are outlined in the Web Portal Section)
Dashboard
Access your data dashboards via this shortcut. If you have not purchased the dashboards module this feature will be inactive for your system.
Sites
Access your site information here.
Risk Register
Link your own Risk Register to this shortcut here. We also offer a template which can be directly integrated to your Quadpro data.
Help Portal
Head over to the help portal and use our handy articles to troubleshoot or learn about the system. Tickets can also be created here and directly sent to the Quadpro support team.
User ID Sign In
Your user account – when logged in will be displayed within this menu
Toggle between Job Requests and Works Orders
Clicking this will allow you to switch between modules on the home screen. The heading will change to reflect what module Is displayed.
Folder Shortcuts
Access the following folders via the shortcut buttons shown. These are where you can store relative files. To set these paths up visit the preferences section. Please visit the Plans & Photos section to learn about adding these to your system. If you have a Quadpro hosted system, the uploads folder can be used to transfer files to and from Quadpro.
