The Compliance Documents table displays a list of your Compliance Documents in one easy to access place. To access this table head to Compliance Documents.




Click on a record to view compliance for that building. Compliance categories can then be managed individually from that screen.


Using the filter menu options choose either a Site, Building or compliance Doc. to filter by.





Updating Due Dates:


Compliance Due Dates can be updated for a specific site, building or document.

Click once on the records you would like to update and then press select. 



Then from the bottom of the table choose a date you want to set and bring all compliance review dates in line with.



Select the Pencil Icon to approve the changes and then confirm when prompted.


All dates will update within the selected compliance records.
