The Assets tab is where you can customise fields of the asset records. Under field label, we have set up Model/Ref and Serial No. These can be set to what meets your sites requirements.
Automatic JR From Asset Maintenance Details:
Here the default Priority and Job Type is set for Asset Maintenance records. These automatically appear in the asset maintenance record and can be amended if needed.
