Introduction:


Work Item sets are a useful way to group Work items into specific sets – keeping your data organised and easy to access.


Work Items list


From the Work Items list select Display Sets, this will bring up a dialog window and list displaying Work Items sets.



Display Sets Menu:



The menu button functionality works the same as all over Quadpro list menus.



Press Add to create a new Work Item set by entering a description and saving.



Choosing WI’s to add to a set


Now you will need to choose the Work Items you want to add to this set. 

Go to the main Work Items module list and select the records you wish to add to this set.

Whilst keeping that selection go back to your Work Item set and then choose Add WI to Set. 




You will then be asked to confirm your selection before proceeding. 

After you have confirmed this, please close the Works Item module to populate these changes and then open up again. Head to the set filter at the bottom of the list and choose your list to view these items.
