If a number of Work Items need replacing/ repairing or maintained with a cost then a Works Order can be created straight from these records.

First select the records you require by using ctrl & click then choose as necessary. Once you have chosen these records, click the select option from the menu.

You can also do this via the query and filter options below and choose the location, element or set.

This will isolate your records and make them available for importing to a Works Order.

Once a selection has been made, this will then display at the bottom, the total costs of the selected Works Items.

Now click the New Works Order option from the top menu and you will then be prompted to confirm your selection.

The Works Order Estimates tab will then be populated with all of the selected Work Items along with their costs.

These costs can be amended if needed to reflect certain information. Additional Items can be added to this estimates tab and the record is now a regular Works Order to be used as such.
