User Permissions
There are 5 different types of users that will be using the Web Portal. They will all have varying levels of access to the Web Portal.
Requestor
This user will typically be a general member of staff on site. They will have limited access but can report Job Requests and keep updated on the progress of their logged Job Requests.
Operative
This user will be a member of your estates and maintenance team or a a contractor who visits your site regularly. They can log, track, update and complete Job Requests.
Manager
This user is the estates or maintenance manager. They can log, track, assign Job Request and view important data information. The Resource Calendar is also available for this user to utilize.
Team Leader
Team leaders have the same access rights as managers, however they simply manage their trade team. For example this user would be in charge of the carpentry or plumbing teams – or in other cases Team 1 or Team 2. This allows Team Leaders to keep track of specific Job Requests which they specialise in.
Team View
Team View is a shared user account which displays live information about all active Job Requests. This can be accessed by a number of people and is a view only account.
Settings and Permissions:
Each operative user will need to have the following:
•A Job Requestor Originator profile.
•Account permissions to create and view Job Requests
•Assigned building or site*

Head to Admin > Glossary > Contacts & Users. Choose Job Requests Originators and open the list of users you have already assigned to this category. Click on a user and head to Approvals. Each user will need a combination of Permitted Services, these are listed below.
Requestor
Web Access Type = 1

Operative
Web Access Type = 2

Assign a site and building using the Default Site & Default Building dropdown menus. This can be assigned to one building or an entire site as needed.
Add a new user
Select Add button from the bottom of the Job Request Originators list.
