From the Quadpro Home Screen, select the Building option located on the left hand menu.

 

You will be displayed with a list of all Buildings under your organisation. These are not categorised by site. To filter for a specific building, you can use the query option.

Once inside a specific Building’s menu , you will arrive at the home screen here all contact information is displayed.

Building Screen Tabs

General:

The general tab will display address, dimensions and contact details for each building. The space analysis tab displays collective dimensional data of spaces within that building. 

Spaces:

This screen displays a list of all spaces registered to this building. You can also add spaces to this list by selecting Add.

Plans:

All plans related to this building can be found, viewed and printed here.

Photos:

All photos related to this building can be found, viewed and printed here.

Job Requests:

Job Requests from all budget years can be viewed in this tab, You can easily filter by status, priority and operative for specific results.

Work Items

All work items associated with the chosen building are displayed here. Any new works items can be created via the Add button.

Works Orders:

Any works order that has been sent for a location in this building will be available to view in this tab. You can also create a new Works Order using the Add button.

Projects:

Any projects that are associated with this building can be viewed, edited or created in this tab.

Budgets:

All budget transactions which include the selected building are displayed here.

Assets:

A list of all assets is displayed here – click on an asset to view its information.

Asset Maintenance:

Any asset maintenance records will be shown here. To view asset maintenance information, click on any record.

Compliance:

All compliance categories are located in this tab. Here you can make notes, check and update compliance markers. 

Documents:

Any document for this building is located in this tab.
