Adding a Plan or Photograph
Plans can be stored within Quadpro folders to then view in the program or app.
They are stored within the following folder.
To add a new plan to this folder , click on the 'Building Plans' icon and you will be able to access it. Then just copy the files you wish to add to this folder.
Plans should be saved in the following method.
'Building Code - 2 - #'
To get the plan to show in relation to your selected building - Barts Sports Hall. Code = SPC
'SPC-2-4'.
To now ADD the file so it appears in the building itself, you will need to do the following.
From the Home Screen, select Property > Building.
Open the building you wish to use and then select 'Plans and Photos' from the lower tab row.
To add a new plan to a building select 'Add’ from the Plans and Photographs menu.
The following menu will appear allowing you to enter information about that new plan.
Once you have entered information for this please 'Save'.
Your new plan will now appear in Quadpro to be viewed.
To add additional plans, just continue the same process with ascending numerical values for the FINAL digit.
