Quadpro has a system hierarchy. Establishment>Site>Building>Space>Asset. The highest level is Establishment and this is the place to start setting up the system. From the Quadpro Home Screen select ‘Property’ on the top taskbar which will then show a drop down menu. Click ‘Establishment’ to display the Establishment set up screen.

Enter the establishment details in the designated boxes as appropriate.
This information is used in some of the printed reports that Quadpro produces.
A logo can be pasted into the top left logo field. The image dimensions must be at least 100 x 100 pixels.
How to add a logo:
Firstly, copy your logo to your clipboard and then paste the logo into the logo field.
Once all information has been populated in each field, click ‘Save’.
A new site can also be created through the ‘Add’ button.
Alternatively this screen can be accessed from the Home Screen via the ‘Site’ drop down list.
