In order to see building plans in the client system. The folowing process is undertaken:
The plans are kept in a folder within the Quadpro data set. In order for them to show in the client the preference setting needs to point to the folder where they are located. The drawings should also be visible when you click on the "Building Plans" button at the bottom left corner of the home screen. This button also points to the same folder.
In order to check/set the folder path under Admin>Preferences>General you will see the following screen:
The system folder path for building plans is highlighted in blue below. This needs to be the location of your building plans folder in the quadpro data. Use the ... button to navigate and select the correct folder. Save and then exit. The plans should now show in the client against each of the buildings when selected.
They should also be visible as shown below when you click on the "Building Plans" button on the home screen
