Customisible print size for all print outs incl. Works Orders and Job Requests (print problem) Print

Version 33 of Quadpro now includes improved printing support.

Quadpro now adjusts based on the users DPI settings. If a user is experiencing unusually large or small printed text (this may show itself as a problem with a multi page print of W Orders or Job requests) :

1) Check the Windows Text scaling settings as shown below.

2) In Quadpro, go to Admin -> Glossary -> Contacts & Users. Double click on the relevant user. Enter the value in the Text Scaling field, in the case shown it is 125.

3) The user needs to close and reopen Quadpro for the change to take effect.
